The Maternity Nurse Company will only undertake business under the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms are legally binding:

1. The Maternity Nurse Company (herein after known as the Agency) acts as an introduction Agency, introducing applicants to clients. It does not directly or indirectly employ applicants.

2. The engagement of an applicant introduced by the Agency will be deemed an acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and an agreement to pay the Agency fees. The Agency fees are for the introduction of staff only and do not include any salary due to be paid to an employee.

3. The Agency fees must be paid in Pounds Sterling upon engagement (i.e. when the applicant introduced through the Agency has formally accepted the position of employment). All invoices must be settled in full within 10 working days of the invoice date failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled. A 20% surcharge will be added to all invoices not settled within 10 working days of invoice date.

4. The weekly salary is paid direct to the Maternity Nurse. All Maternity Nurses are self-employed for Tax and National Insurance purposes.
